Rhett asked:
Is it when I am sleeping, before i sleep, before and during my sleep, throughout the day. What? Do I leave the music playing when i go to sleep?

You can listen to binaural beats either immediately before going to sleep or, better, during “wake-back-to-bed” or WBTB.
The idea with WBTB is to get past the sleep cycles where dreaming is unlikely. Vivid dreams occur during REM sleep. Set an alarm to wake you up four hours after you get to sleep, use your binaural beat entrainment and go back to sleep. This will give you the best chance. You can leave the music playing when you go back to sleep if you wish.
You really should have some basic understanding of lucid dreaming induction. Binaural beat entrainment can help you, but knowing how to get lucid in the first place is still essential.
