Binaural Beats/Brainwave Generator?

Quick question. Is it absolutely nessecary for you to use stereo headphones for the BWG to work (this is for meditation, lucid dreaming, etc)?

I personally use ear buds because I can’t really justify buying a pair of clunky stereo headphones to only use for listening to my Holosync CD’s. It’s not like I’m going to take a pair of those giant things to the gym with me (even though they are a little smaller than they use to be.) So to answer your question (and trust me, others will tell you different) no, you don’t need stereo headphones for it to work. Yes, regular headphones will do it. I’m sure that with stereo headphones, the effect would be better but only slightly.
