A few weeks ago, I had a dream that I was shot and then my spirit left my body. I was looking down at my dead body, before going off and exploring places I’ve never seen before. I met other spirits too. I also tried to speak to my mum, but she couldn’t hear me. By the end of the dream, I became increasingly scared that I was really dead, and then I suddenly went back into my body and I was smiling at myself in the mirror, before waking up. Then, last night, I had another dream where, this time, I traveled to another planet! I saw lots of wierd animals, and saw the Earth from a distance in space. Then, again I became scared that I was dead. I then went back to Earth and woke up. Was this astral projection? If so, were the spirits I saw actually spirits or just a figment of my imagination?

Last night, around 3am, I heard my sons door open, I heard him shuffle to my bed. My boyfriend heard this too, and he actually saw him kneel on the bed, lay down with me. But when he looked over my son wasnt in bed with us, he was tucked away fast asleep in his room. (we went to check on him because we both thought it was strange) My son doesnt sleep walk. If he comes in my room he will normally have something to say, and he said nothinng. Plus, he was zonked out in his room. Was this astral projection??

i did it for about 8 seconds and i felt a feeling in my chest and i stoped and it was like i could feel my heart stop beating and im scared lol did i really do astral projection could i go to hell for doing it?

I’ve been kinda interested in Astral Projection lately, and since I’ve been able to “shake inside myself” (which is what I named it many, many years ago and what is known as “vibrations” in the AP community) since I was 5 or 6 years old and have since mastered it, and am often woken up by a huge slam, which, conveniently enough, no one seems to notice, I decided to give it a try.

So, I lay down, made myself comfy and what not, and made myself “shake inside myself” and after awhile, I got closer to sleep (still shaking inside) and I felt my leg quickly bend and move up a bit, at which point I thought “HOLY SH!T”, because I never told my leg to move and it slammed back down like the slamming down I described before.

Was this the beginning of Astral Projection?

And yes, I am fully aware that I sound like a mad fool….
