How to Fly Astral Projection – Everything You Need to Know

If you want to learn how to fly astral projection, you can find all the information that you need from the internet. The host of information that is available to anyone who wishes to find out more about how to fly astral projection makes it faster and more convenient to do your research in the internet. Astral projection is the process where the astral body or the emotional body leaves the physical body to go to another astral plane. There is no limit to the time or place anybody can go when he learns how to fly astral projection. Suggestive visualization techniques are used in order to direct the astral body to travel to a particular point in time. Control of the astral body is necessary in order to have a successful out-of-body experience.

Astral projection almost always involves the sensation of flying and falling. As the astral body leaves the physical body, it feels as if the astral body is lifting away from the physical body and then flying away to the suggested time and place. At the end of the astral travel, a person feels like his astral body is falling back into his physical body. Hypnosis recordings and visualization mp3s containing binaural beats are available to guide an astral traveller through flying and falling. These audio materials are also important in putting a person in a relaxed state of mind or a deep state of meditation that allows for a successful astral travel experience.

You may have already done astral projection in the past without you knowing it. Try to remember ever feeling the sensation of flying and then falling during sleep. Chances are, you have already experienced this out-of-body experience at some point in your life. All of us have the ability to go on an astral travel. You just have to practice how to do astral projection deliberately. You need time and patience in order to master astral projection. Most people do not have successful out-of-body experiences during their first few attempts. Continue practicing and soon you will be able to command your astral body to go wherever you want it to. There are materials in the internet that can help you through your astral projection training. These are simple tools that have been developed through the years using actual experiences by those who have had successful astrap projections.

Despite what critics say, there is no danger to the astral body not being able to find its way back into the human body. When you go on an astral travel, there is an invisible silver chord that stretches and keeps the astral body connected to the physical body so that it could find its way back to reality. Critics say that there is a danger of the cord being severed from the body and that there is a danger of the person in an astral projection not being able to come back to life. There is simply no truth to this claim. The only time the invisible silver cord that binds the two bodies becomes cut is when a person dies and his astral body leaves his physical body to move on to the next life.

astral projection?

does anyone know how to have an astral projection? or does anyone have stories of there astral projection.

The first time I remember leaving my body was when i was about 15 or 16…im nearly 42 now…..anyway….I was floating above melbourne (city in australia) at night and I wasn’t frightened. It was beautiful with all the lights from buildings and cars and although out of my body I could feel the cold air but it wasn’t freezing. I floated there for maybe a minute or so and although I don’t remember the travel back to my body I do remember the jolt as i made the reconnection and I sat up instantly and understood what had just happened to me. It was awesome.

Can you control the autonomic nervous system?

Some people say its called autonomic because you cannot control it,however dont people who meditate or yogis, people who do biofeedback and autogenic training, control it as they use techniques which calm their breathing and slow their heartrate?
Also, dont people control it by making themselves in a relaxed or restful state when they arn’t working?

Thankyou

You cannot consciously control it, no. It is possible (through methods described) to have a slight effect on it, but not to actually control it. For example, if you went for a run, you could activate the sympathetic side of it, but you would not be controlling it. Similarly, yoga can decrease the activity of the sympathetic system, but you wouldn’t have control over it.

It is also possible for certain medications to effect either part of the ANS.
