I am interested in these for help with adult ADD & depression, focus, etc. However I canot find any reviews on which ones work best other than on the vendor’s actual site. Does anyone have any reccomendations???

Can someone please tell me a little more about biofeedback?

I know it is a kind of drug-free therapy. I am interested in finding solutions to my problems without drugs. I am a chronic insomniac plagued with other physical problems as a result of years of my anxiety and constant worries.

I am thinking hypnosis might help you understand what causing the fear. And let look at in new way. But i don’t think mp3 would help because would get to cause of problem. If combine hypnosis and Cognitive technique’s their good chance can get over it.
